Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the MyBestVersion app (the "App"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content and functionality, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by us and/or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App:

• In a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities
• To upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• To interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers or networks connected to the App
• To decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App, or to attempt to do so, except as and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. If you wish to terminate these Terms, you may discontinue using the App. In addition, we reserve the right, at any time, to terminate or suspend all or a portion of the App, or your use of all or a portion of the App, with or without notice and with or without cause.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration
